Yes! I strongly support Richard on this. It's a fact that most, if
not all of us tend to skip or delete messages that aren't of
immediate interest. Then one day a problem arises. "Wasn't there
something about this in a newsgroup / in the AA Mail list?" So we
_ask_.
FAQs are fine and dandy, but where are they? Do I have to search
through several? Do I have to search on the web? The best way to
learn is to ask. And personally I don't mind a bit if a question
keeps on appearing. Chances are the answers may include a new tip,
or a new slant on the solution.
So my personal thanks go to those who have answered my questions
and usually solved my problems. And in return I try to help others
if I know the answers.
