You'll get this if you have a slow refresh (50hz etc) in CGXmode you can
tweek screen sizes and their refreshrates etc.. limitations will depend on
monitor used and craphics card.. I personally am using a Cybervsion PPC
with a 19" Phillips monitor and my workbench res is 1280x1024 with refresh
of 75hz.. quite nice and easy on the eyes..
