They aren't? Are you sure?
Windows Explorer is a file manager, like the old File Manager from 3.x, yet
Explorer is the main shell that Windows 9x is based upon, correct?
Thats the impression I got whilst reading a thread on Usenet a while back
about the two, anyway :)
