Don't buy a monitor on price. If you use it enough to justify a 19"
monitor, you should spend the extra to get a good quality one. As with
most things, you get what you pay for, and a cheap large monitor could
be an expensive mistake. You may find that a good quality monitor is a
better buy than a cheap 19" one at the same price, and there won't be
much difference in screen size. Cheaper monitors tend to have smaller
visible screens.
