yes on the 40pin connector for channel 2 one of the last pin should be
missing

The eyetech buffered interface allows upto 2 devices (one set as
master one as slave) to be connected to 2 of the channels (ie 4
devices in total) You can connect to either the ch1 44pin and ch2 40
pin connectors or ch1 and ch2 40 pin connectors
