Part of the reason that the Development was taken back was because of the
way H&P handled developer issues.

At least they're bringing it back in house. People forget Fleecy was
actually working on OS3.5 while at Gateway, before Gateway dropped him, and
then chucked it at the first developer they could find.

No-one knew about OS4 until recently so how could they know about the Amiga
Inc/ MorphOS talks? As far as I'm aware the only people who thought that
were the morphOS team. Unless of course they broke NDAs
