Yes, programs will think your 060 is an 040 as without Setpatch, the OS is
being left in a buggy unoptimised state and will never load 68060.library.
Try typing this into a CLI: "protect C:setpatch -s"

Legally, 43.6 is the newest you can use.

The less programs/utils the more stable it probably will be, but get setpatch
