| Subject: | DrawStudio Font problem |
Hi all,
Ever since installing p96 on both my machines (a4k + merlin & a1200 +
pixel64) Drawstudio just will not play ball with fonts. (and i know
im not the only one with the problems)
Basically as soon as i click on the page to drop text onto the page i
get major graphics corruption and the computer hangs.
Now i've narrowed things sown somewhat:
1. Disable Amiga Blitter must be unticked in PVS
2. If the page View in DS is set to "full Page" then as soon as u use
the text tool the entire screen disappears in "one-second refreshing
garbage" 9ie garbage that changes every second) and hangs. Reset
needs. However - use any other View (100%, 50%, 200% etc) and the
effect is minimized to a single bit of corruption down the left (a
flickering line of crap) and hangs.
The bizarre thing is occasionally it'll work. I would still get
corruption on the screen but I could actually use the text tool. but
its rare!
So the questions are: does anyone else have these problems? If not
what are your PVS/DS settings?
