*shrug* it's not my excuse, it's theirs. Considering they got hacked not
long back (even though they didn't have anything "stolen") I'd say they
were right.

Considering it doesn't cost me much by telephone banking. And I get a
human to do it. So I can ask questions etc. Can't do that with a PC.
