At the moment the AmigaOne will only support AmigaOS. IIRC Ralph
Schmidt asked for AOne specs so he could 'port it over' so to speak,
but he didn't get a reply. It is possible for the AOne to run
MorphOS, but the MOS team need more information on the hardware first.
The bplan box runs linux and morphOS (which is being developed in
cojunction with the hardware). They WERE supposed to run the next
AmigaOS (When that was going to be DE), but that was before St. Louis
show, since then Amiga referneces have been removed from the site,
there has been no communication from them on the matter.

There aren't any really. The boards are slightly different, with the
AOne allowing for an (OPTIONAL - and it IS optional) A1200 to be
attached. Orignally there was to be an A4000 compatible version, but
that looks less likely now as the OS is going totally retargetable,
and OS4.2 would be out before the A4000 version would have gone to
production.
If the MOS team manage to get thier hands on a AOne when it comes out
then they may be able to bring out an AOne version, but I'm not sure
if they'd require additional information. A similar thing applies to
Linux, Eyetech say that they don't mind linux being ported but they
can't devote any time to aid in it's porduction becuase they're
concentrating on the (luvverly)hardware and the Amiga partnership.
How it will all pan out is anyones guess. I just want an AOne NOW
DAMMIT! Hurry up Eyetech! As for the OS, i don't really care as long
as I can run my old stuff on it, and my new stuff! But I would of
prefered MorphOS to be the Amiga base.
