Does the Memo say PC? It's the hair splitting convention but if it does you
can claim to be in the clear. Sadly though most Tech Support types who would
rely on your (and your colleagues) kind nature and good sense as their
primary defence against viral infection are unlikely to listen to you as they
will be busy trying to find out how to protect Outlook from Foot and Mouth :/
And talking of hair splitting "non-company related word processing". Surely
that's a misprint? If not they're sort of asking you not to drive your own
car, to save wear and tear on the works van :/

yes they can, but only with a piece of software downloadable from the Yamaha
website.
