not correct SVQ1 is owned by Sorenson
perhaps you mean the horrible Div1-Div4 (Mpeg4-1 -> Mpeg4-4)

if you have fusion/shapeshifter/basilisk you can view it with quicktime
(yes, the SVQ1 does run under 68K) not very fast but... (strangely enough
that the indeo 4.x and 5.x codecs is PPC only)
