Umm, no they don't! Your whole Amiga is based around the CIAs. It
wouldn't be very nice if your clock run twice as fast every time you
flipped to a multiscan screen would it!
The audio subsystem is directly affected by the screen mode.
I still can't see why a mouse driver is affected by screenmode /
audio refresh. Crazy...
