Well, speaking as somebody who really didn't care what Amiga did, they have
done the one thing I wanted but thought that nobody would ever do, and that
is promise to make a proper, official port of my favourite OS (classic
AmigaOS) to PPC. Of course, I don't believe anything announced by the owners
of the Amiga these days, but that is the thing I wanted.
I thought it would be commercial suicide and therefore never going to happen.
I was going to use AmigaOS3.9 until it became impossible to leave it. Now
AmigaOS gets a future again. I don't know, or really care anymore, whether
this is the right thing to do, but its what I want, and i'm gonna get it.
I might even run this newfangled DE thingy on top of it, but... i doubt it
somehow :)
