1) you're first point is the main one..... even if someone did stick an
'auto run' arexx script onto aminet for people to start using, 80% of
people wouldnt have it installed correctly anyway! ;-)
2) a VB virus wouldnt work on the Amiga.... we dotn HAVE VisualBasic. we
dont have any programs that run VB
30 the main argument is that, stupidly, MS has huge holes in its OS and
applications that allow, BY DEFAULT, a 3rd-arty program to autorun and do
whatever it wants with the SYSTEM files, and user files. a crime in
itself! (but, apparently, the users want 'ease of use')
