It sounds like it's trying to use Fast RAM for icons. I get the same if
I try to boot Opus with an AGA screen. Remove any programs you have
in user-startup/WBStartup that do this, like TweakWB. Also, make sure
your Workbench prefs are set to use Graphics Memory.

It will go away when you switch to CGX. If you "fix" it first, CGX will
be slower because it is being forced to use Chip RAM unnecessarily.
