The amount of errors Ive had with pfs3 ib much much much smaller than
with any other file sytem Ive tried.

I had *exactly* the same error on my Misc: dir just last week. (A
minor partiton).

Basically I had to use early startup to boot to CLI then copy the
contents of Misc to another partition. I then booted a basic system
using cli and ran pfsdoctor on it. Rebooted it still did it. So did
the process again and this time it worked just fine.

basically the main error pfsdoctor threw up was that one of the
registers in .deldir was missing. two repairs later and it sorted
itself out. so now alls fine again ;-)
