Duh, the A1200 is an A4000 without the expansion slots, plus you can
pick up a plain motherboard for peanuts these days so it would make
more sense to have a plug-in A1200 mb rather then a plugin A4000.

Plus the 4000's are a tad bigger

I've only heard it for an A1200 mb myself
