index.html is whats known as the default page, it's the one loaded
when you just put an address like www.whatever.com/ instead of
www.whatever.com/page.html

It's hard to tell the filename, unless it's in the url as the page
that loads the frames up.

The default page can have other names, it depends on how the web
server is set up.
