Not necessarily. It was a data CRC error, and I happened to get them a lot,
no matter how new/manufatcurer/age of drive/phase of moon... Seemed to
happen more when the Amiga was busy, but did happen all the time. But
changing to Fat95 and reformatting solved it all. Methinks it's a CrossDOS
thing. Try Fat95, it's on AmiNET
