It's the server... Try the same with IE or NS, and it'l load the same pages
on those sites. Mostly it's index.htm(l), but usually the server will have a
list of priorities, e.g. First try index.html, if it's not there then try
index.htm, then main.html, main.htm, home.html, home.htm and so on...
