I encounted the same problems with the 020 version in Feb. Did the mails
contain any HTML. I traced the problem back to a certain Hotmail subscriber
and asked her to change her settings and the problems went away. I did post
about this on the Yam list it may also be down to some HTML coding by our
freind Lookout. This hit me while I was running 3.5 with both BB1 & 2
