There's no need to do anything if you use CacheCDFS. AmiCDFS uses the
same filesystem descriptor as the inbuilt one, so you need to either
disable the inbuilt one or change the DOStype in the DOSDriver is you
use AmiCDFS.
It's easiest to leave the CD Mount disabled, you can always re-enable it
from the early-startup menu if you need to boot from an emergency CD.
