My only gripe with Eyetech so far is their lack of communication skills!
When my tower went down they never answered my emails and still don't!
A quick note to Mr R soon got the ball rolling. I still have to phone them
though!
In every other matter they've been the best service I've yet had. They are
both knowledgable and friendly and very helpful whenever I phone, they don't
make false promises and always take the time to tell me exactly what's going
on. They just don't get in touch first! I'm happy to phone them and get the
truth rather than they phone me with sorry excuses!
Let's be realistic though, Amiga dealers are few and far between and have to
cater for all our needs. It's never easy for us to believe that they are
doing anything other than catering for each of us personally! We are many,
they are few. They're probably a bit busy with other things right now!

Tolerant Richy.
