No, the Redhotant one which is jakinternet and they are just starting
another ISP called Pay As U Surf, beta testers at the moment are getting
free access but it's only for a few hours, and then you have to "top up
your card" i.e. give them your credit card number and they debit it
whatever amount you tell them to. You can then dial the o800 number which
costs around half what BT charges in the day and about a third less than
what Bt charges evenings and about a penny a minute weekends, which is
about the same as BT. The web addy is http:www.payasusurf.net if anyone
is interested. There is no email up and running yet or web space but I'm
surfing the web for free till my card runs out.
