Id check the scandoubler on the picasso IV, also make sure the video slot adaptor is
connected properly, one end will be found on your mother board and the other will
connect to either the top of the busboard (if it's a Z2i) or the bottom (if it's a
z3i), i also recall some issuse involving the Picasso IV's firmware version and the
scandoubler so make sure you have the latest update.
