I've got this problem with Genesis (from Netconnect 3) & OS3.5 connecting to Freeserve.

I thought it could have been something to do with MUI (a keen to please nephew had updated some classes prior to this problem), but after deleting/reinstall MUI I still have the same problem :-(

I installed and used the demo version of Miami for a couple of months without a problem, so I think it could be one of the settings in Genesis or maybe one of the Vapor Libraries?

One thing I did find was that a reboot before connecting to Freeserve cures the problem.

Sorry I'm not much help, but if you find a solution could you let me know?
