Its possible that the AGA chips are doing it, but more likely its the PIV's
scandoubler and flicker fixer.
Hard to say to where exactly mount a fan, as I don't know the layout of your
Amiga. But I would mount it so that it blows from the middle to the rear of
the PIV.
