A few years ago I got called out to a friend of the families house
urgently, because there was "something seriously wrong" with his
brand new Packard Bell PC.
Basically while one of his kids were playing on it they had
accidently dragged the taskbar down so that is wasn't visible.
However he thought that they'd broken it beyond repair and made it
useless.
