Maybe we should just all agree that there isn't a dealer in the universe who
doesn't have customers who have bad experiences? Not just Amiga, but
everywhere else. Could be that customers are expecting more than what they
should; could be that the dealers are promising more than they can
handle...

Software Hut, for instance....I have nothing but excellent things to say
about them after dealing with them for at least seven years, but I've read
horror stories about bad experiences with them....
