Hi Andy, on 04-Apr-01 22:08:31 you wrote:

I can't wait for the MeagerOne ;)

I don't think it's sad... look at it from their point of view.
MorphOS exists, it works, and the MorphOS team aren't changing their minds every
6 months WRT the future.
AOS4.0 on the otherhad, doesn't exist, doesn't work, and Amiga seem to change
direction every 6 months.
Now, if you were running a business... would you support the vapourware OS4.0,
or the real MorphOS?

Maybe if Amiga actually release something, Vapor et al will change their minds,
as it is now. You can't really blame them for choosing to support that which
exists in preference of that which doesn't.

I won't buy more CUSTOM hardware. The last thing the Amiga needs is to be tied
to more custom hardware. I'll wait for the hardware independant OS4.2 thanks all
the same.

I've not met any of them. :) But, there are people who don't think buying into
yet another minority platform is such a great idea... and with (the assumed)
50,000 sales of OS3.9 (some of them going to UAE users), thats a pretty big
minority. ;)
Carpe Diem,
