I've toyed with the idea of installing Opus. I used the giveaway version
(5.5 I think) mainly for silly things like removing ugly icons so my system
can use the Newicon versions. It's more like the sort of thing I'd like to
see in a new O/S. I like the idea of the buttons at the top of the windows.
Obviously the version I've got isn't up to much compared to Magellan! The
two things that are holding me back are that I've just had O/S 3.9 installed
and haven't even used that yet! Also, I've read a few articles on Magellan
and it seems bloody complex! Most articles just skim over what you can do
and don't spend too much time on 'how'!
Obviously, if you buy the software you'd have the documentation but I don't
tend to buy software that gets rated as hard to use or complex.
Perhaps a tutorial on DOpus?
Better yet, a partnership between Amiga and Opus / Haage and Partner and
Opus? <gg>
Anyway, thanks for the replies, Neil, any tips are always appreciated!
I guess I'll be ditching Magic Menu for the time being!

Richy.
