This is nonsense. Not only because keeping the old NSDPatch in use is mad,
but because blizzppc.device is nowhere near the "AmigaOS ROM Update" file,
and therefore there isn't any update to "skip" here. If some update is
giving you problems, that's more likely scsi.device or ram-handler.
Also check you're using the proper 680x0 libraries.
