Amiga don't have a product to sell yet. If they did, the news would be
simpler to understand, but people want news before the products are
ready to launch.

Yes. It always has been and always will be. Amiga, quite rightly, want
control over their products. The MorphOS team /apparently/ don't want to
give up their control over their product. That's often the case when two
independent teams try to merge, each is used to being in charge and
doesn't want to relinquish control.

It's like OS 3.1 was with a graphic card display, but better :)

That would be nice. Datatypes were a decent idea but lacked the facility
to customise them.

They will, when they are ready. What we got at St Louis wasn't the whole
story, just another chapter (or even a couple of pages).

That would be speculation and opinion. The facts will come later, as
products are released.
