personally i start morphos from select os, or b4 i used to start it from a
script. i think i only used butterfly once or twice.

attached is my startup script which may help... this will probably be the
problem area.
the dir structure is basically just the structure you get in the archive,
just copy the datatypes to the sys:classes/datatypes/ dir.
and of course the monitor drivers to devs:monitors, file list attached.
i think thats it...
