| Subject: | TURBOPRINT - Still driving me mad. |
Hello,
Turboprint is driving me up the wall. I have installed, re-installed,
fiddled with the settings, disabled patches etc etc etc and I am still
having the same problems.
I have Version 7.10 and trying to use the upgrade 7.16 because it is soooo
much better, but I can't get it to work normally. I am also using an Epson
760 printer. The problem arrises when I try to use the new
'Epson_Stylus_760new' driver (the 'Epson_Sytlus_760' works fine but bad
quality).
I have formatted a partition and installed OS3.9 on it and I can get it to
work up to '360dpi fine' which is lovely, but no higher. BUT, once I try
to use it on my normal system, it prints about two lines and stops.
Is there any incompatabilities or problems with OS3.9 or well knows patches?
Do I have a dodgy copy of Turboprint? What the hell is going on?
