Set your screenmode to PAL and try, although if it happened under CGX4 that
might not work.
I assume you've checked your startup for stuff which is incompatible or
patches 68k code over PPC?

Don't. Not under MorphOS.
Do you want your graphics system running emulated, or native under the PPC?
You mention you own CGX4, use it. I normally run P96 but it causes no end of
problems here under MorphOS. E.g., there are bad timing problems which crop up
in the P-IV driver.

I'm not sure, but my first though would be the PowerFlyer. I get something
similar (*) with the boot ROM of the BuddhaIDE.
(*) not that I actually know what's happening. Crashes at what point? What
does the LED actually do?
