I don't know how you define as "small" or "fast," but if you're looking for
something FREE, there are special Concierto- and Prelude-only versions of
Samplitude Opus available for download on Aminet. If you don't have either
sound card, you won't be able to actually HEAR the sounds, but you'll still
be able to work in the sound editor -- you'll be able to tell where the
silent parts are. If you don't have an 060, though, it could be a bit on
the slow side.
