I'm unsure exactly what you're useing Photogenics for when editing. I
use IFX for all cropping, resizing, general modifying etc. It's in
this area that it in pretty well unmatched.Photogenics' field appears
to be in it's ability to 'paint on' effects, which no other program
(Amiga or otherwise) does in the same way and it's pressure support
is meant to be damn good as well.
Another string in IFX4.x' bow is it's use of Arexx. People have
released powerful plug-ins such as PanCanvas, Time_Machine etc, to
further IFX's repertoire.
Mind you, since you're going to Kickstart next month, you can check
it out on the Eyetech stand (probably) and maybe get a special show
price?
