What IDE interface are you using? Powerflyer? 4-way splitter? My Powerflyer
has an option to split large drives into partitions if it is bigger than 4
gig.

Which version of PFS3 is it? scsidirect, or the other one? If you want to
use partitions bigger than 4MB, I believe you need the scsi direct version
