So, that doesn't mean it's implemented the same,
I mean, MP3 encoding is a standard algorithm, but different programs
produce very different results.... :)

Wow, for Voyager that is good, but on average voyagers dithering looks
pretty crap because while it's cleaner then iB's, you get a lot of
colour banding, especially on pictures with subtle gradients.
I mean, I just quickly tried my site on both iBrowse 1.22 and a demo
of Voyager 3, iBrowse took a bit longer to load and looks a bit
grainy, but Voyager produced a horrible bandy picture.
Both were set to max quality Floyd-St. dithering
