I had it a few times when I used to use my Pixel64 set-up and found I
managed to get rid of it was by adjusting the scan rate for the mode ever
so slightly in Picasso96Mode prefs (normally lowered it slightly).
Thinking about it (ouch) I have only had the problem a few times since I
went Voodoo and that mainly been trying to play files with Moovid or RiVA
on a separate screen (It puts the center of the screen in all four corners
instead)
maybe worth a try?
