Neither does reqtools unless there is a setting somewhere I know of; it
will happily let me set a filename of 107 and the file system/program
truncates as necessary.
For example GraphicsPublisher from TP7 only supports 29 characters :-) I
did report this bug and the newer version should support the fix.
