Monday : Monday sees the continuation of our very popular disco JAMM which stands for Just Another Manic Monday, you can expect anything on this night - all your favourite cheesy music plus just to be different we give you the chance to win a top quality prize, every week we give away things like CD players, Minidisk players, Playstations the list goes on and on. Our only requirement is that you have to be in to win.

Tuesdays : Every second Tuesday we see the return of Temple, with the resurgence of rock this night fits nicely into the calendar. With music ranging from Nirvana to Rage against the Machine to Limp Bizkit if its rock your after, this is the night for you.

Wednesday : Is the domain of the Sports Union they take over Glow and use your entrance fee to fund the clubs so you can comfort in the fact that while your enjoying yourself your helping other people enjoy themselves too !!! Nice.

Thursday : The weekend starts here. ICE is our new Thursday night extravaganza offering up all your favourite chart hits and a few choice dance remixes, rolled into one special night. Look out for some extra special drinks promos to get you in the mood.

Friday : Stirling has always prided itself on its cheesy nights dating back to Tackno through Bopshop briefly stopping at the Loveshack before arriving at this years offering - Cheesy Puffs, this night is as cheesy as the come, and a sure fire hit to get you singing and dancing just like your mum and dad !!!

Saturday : We launch S our all new dance night, produced in association with Activate recruitment, we serve up the current and the future of dance music with residents, Gareth, Mark & Daniel and look out for the guest DJ's who will come to entertain you.
