Nothing so simple - oktagon.device is in the ROM, but is contained in
"Oktagon" which also comes on floppy as a seperate file in case the
controller is turned off via software. If this happens the only way to
re-initialise the controller is to run the file from floppy.

Also in "Oktagon" is "OktagonMount" and "SoftSCSI_OktagonC9Xxx.device.
The xx is replaced with the current autoconfig address.

SoftSCSI_OktagonC9Xxx.device is the link between octagon.device and
the controller, and is used exclusively by some software, such as
makeCD.

You can tell I've had some problems to sort out with this, can't you? ;-)
