Excellent show, I really enjoyed it. Although I must echo other
people's disappointment at the turnout.
Most exhibitors had made a real effort, there was a lot of good stuff
on offer and at very reasonable prices too. One benefit of the lower
turnout was the chance to talk to the exhibitors, in particular
Eyetech, who very keen talk about the AmigaOne and gracefully answered
my questions.
Best things I bought were Photogenics 5 and Heretic II.
Having only used an early SE version of Photogenics before this
program blew my socks off. If only every bit of software was this
good.
High praise is due to the organisers, it was a well chosen venue and
well supported by exhibitors. I hope their efforts are better
rewarded next time.
