I found a page on this product:
http://www.como.com/english/p_cheese.htm

It appears to be just a scan doubler, not a flicker fixer. It has
composite and S-video inputs but not RGB input.

So I think the kind of flicker-fixer that you get from Eyetech, which
fits the Amiga 23-pin out put, will give better results from an Amiga.
The Cheese box might still be useful for video.

The best results would be from a flicker fixer that fits in the internal
video slot of a Zorro III Amiga, and is AGA-compatible. I don't know of
such a model available separately (Picasso IV came with one).

The old Commodore flicker fixer that goes in the video slot gives a much
sharper and cleaner image on a monitor than the Eyetech external one,
but it only supports OCS, not AGA.

It will be interesting to see what the BoXeR offers if it appears.

There's another useful box called the Aver Media JoyTV. This goes the
other way - VGA in and video out. It also has several video inputs,
including one s-video.
