I installed the command 'c:env-handler' before the
MakeDir RAM:ENV, Assign ENV: RAM:Env & C:Copy
ENVARC:~(#?.info) ENV: ALL QUIET commands (Which of
course have now been removed)

Yes, it's there.

My SetPatch is near the top of the SS. Env-handler is
certainly NOT before this command. Should it be?
