It's a size, not a rate. Max Transfer has little to do with transfer
speeds, only reliability.
For IDE drives, use either 0xFE00 or 0x1FE00. SCSI drives should be OK
with 0xFFFE00.
The best way to tell is to copy a 1MB LhA archive and then test it with
"LhA t archivename". If your MaxTransfer is too high, LhA will report
errors.
