41.1 * 1000 * 1000 * 1000 / 1024 / 1024 / 1024 = 38.2Gb.
HDToolbox displays the size without removing any losses due to the FS,
so it probably got some disk parameters wrong. Get the correct data
from the manufacturers website and redefine your drive.
